How do I take care of my Chubbee?
Don't panic if your Chubbee gets dirty! You can clean it by using a damp cloth and gently rubbing the stained area. For minor stains, you can also use a stain remover pen or a wet wipe. Do not put your Chubbee in the washing machine or soak it in water. This will ruin the stuffing and the texture of your plushie.Let your Chubbee dry naturally. Do not use any heat sources like a dryer, a hairdryer, an iron, or any other device to dry your Chubbee.
Sometimes,your Chubbee may have a loose thread from the factory. This is not common, but it can happen. If you notice a thread that is coming out, do not pull it. Just cut it as close to the seam as you can to avoid more damage.

What are Chubbees made out of?
Chubbees are made from and filled with polyester fibers. No toxic chemicals are used or added to the outside layer OR to the fibers within each plush toy. They are Prop 65 compliant and are not flame retardant.

What size should I buy?
Chubbees come in 6in styles that are ideal for snuggling, squeezing, and having fun! We are working hard to bring you more sizes soon!
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
